Making Canvass Assignments

There are two ways to access your turf map. You can either go to Targeting and select the universe you would like to use. Then click on Cut Turf to go to the Turf Map.

You can also go directly to Turf Map and select the universe you'd like to cut.

Note: Make sure your universe has fewer than 30,000 voters or you will not be able to cut its turf.

Once you have enclosed your turf area, a window will pop open on the right side of the screen that allows you to edit your turf, print your turf, delete your turf, or ASSIGN TO MOBILE CANVASSER.

To make assignments, select the feature, and use the drop=down to select canvassers to assign to this turf. At this stage, if you do not have canvassers in your account, please go to the "STAFF & VOLS" section to add volunteers.

Once you have selected your volunteers and sheet formats, click the "LOOKS GOOD, ASSIGN TURF" button.

To reassign turf to another canvasser, simply click on the mobile icon:

Your volunteers will now be able to see their turf assignments on our mobile interface, and begin canvassing.
